Brought near by the Blood
Ephesians 2:13 English Standard Version (ESV) 13 But now in Christ Jesus you who once were far off have been brought near by the blood of Christ. In this verse, we can see the author is telling us to rely on the redemptive power of the Blood of Christ who said "yes" to our coming-back again to God through his blood. Many times in our lives, we were conditioned to earn the price of our wants. We were taught in school about the value of reviewing in order to pass the exam while in the corporate rate, later on, we would be taught to meet Sales quota in order to have higher salary. These works are valid, besides, the bible tells us that a worker is due his pay. it means that because a worker laid his energy and labor to do the job, he is rightful to receive a compensation.
